Mr. William Foster Kilborn, 83, a resident of Exmore, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2005 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox. Mr. Kilborn a native of San Antonio,Tx., was the son of the late Ray Quency Kilborn & the late Vera Foster Kilborn Wright. Mr. Kilborn was a retired Trooper for the Virginia State Police and was a member of Alters Presbyterian Church, Broadwater Masonic Lodge #71 AF&AM, Portsmouth Scottish Rite Bodies, Eastern Shore Scottish Rite Association, and Exmore Moose Lodge # 683. Mr. Kilborn is survived by his wife Phyllis Hamilton Kilborn; two daughters, Sue Kilborn Adkins & husband GW,III of Exmore, Va., Anne H. Kilborn of Exmore.; a sister, Betty K. Byrd of Elba, Ala.;and a grandson, Gordon W. "Will" Adkins,IV of Exmore. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at 2:00 PM from the Epworth United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tammy Estep officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Haven Cemetery with Masonic Rites. Memorial Contributions may be made to Epworth United Methodist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 488, Exmore, Va. 23350. Arrangements made by Doughty Funeral Home, Exmore.
