William Francis "Billy" Carpenter

William Francis "Billy" Carpenter, 71, resident of Capeville, VA, passed away Monday, January 10, 2011 at Kent Medical Center in Dover, DE. A native of Capeville, he was the son of the late James S. and Mary Carpenter. Mr. Carpenter was a retired farmer and member of Lower Northampton Baptist Church. Survivors include his companion of thirty years, Peggy G. Fromme, one son, Greg Carpenter, two nephews, J.S. Carpenter of Capeville and Bobby Carpenter of Cherrystone, VA.
