Wayne Morgan

Mr. Wayne Morgan, 66, husband of Sandra Ann Morgan and a resident of Onancock, passed away Sunday January 21, 2007 at his residence. A native of Charlotte, N.C., he was the son of the late Claude M. Morgan and the late Juanita Newsome Morgan. He was a self-employed waterman and a member of Hollies Baptist Church. Other than his wife, he is survived by 4 sons, Wayne Shannon Morgan and his wife Joell of Virginia Beach, Val Durrett Morgan of Quinby, Michael Brandon Morgan and his companion Jennifer Treshner of Bloxom,and John Trevor Morgan and his companion Ann Marie Parks of Onancock, a sister, Linda M. Price of Virginia Beach and 11 grandchilden, Major, Marley, Brandon, Cabe, Brett, Malia, Makinley, Tyler, Jordon, Olivia and Adam. A memorial service will be conducted Thursday, January 25, 2007 at 2:00 pm from the Hollies Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe McKnight officiating.
