Wayne Edwin Lambert

Wayne Edwin Lambert, 82, husband of Ellen Scott Lambert and a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013 at his residence. A native of Bowling Green, OH, he was the son of the late Reuben W. Lambert and the late Elizabeth Davis Lambert. He was retired from N.O.A.A and Eastern Shore Community Services Board. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children: Glynis Bursett and her husband, Randy, of Marysville, WA, Tamara Scoville of Folsom, CA, Kenneth Lambert of Salt Lake City, UT, Todd Lambert and his wife, Christine, of West Valley City, UT; two step-daughters, Jennifer O'Connors and her husband, Phil, of Virginia Beach, VA, and Jill Dixon and her husband, Russell, of Chesterfield, VA; two sisters, Linda McCurdy and her husband, Dick, of Ohio, Betty Chase and her husband, Jim, of Florida; a brother, Tom Lambert and his wife, Juanita, of Ohio; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Ronald Lambert; sister, Ruby Juanita Boyer; four brothers, Dean Lambert, Carl Lambert, Glenn Lambert, and Robert Lambert. A graveside service will be held Monday, April 22, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Belle Haven Cemetery with Reverend Jonathan Carpenter officiating.
