Warren R. Clark, Sr.

Warren Ralph Clark, Sr. 77, husband of Frances Steelman Clark and resident of Cheriton, passed away at Sunday,April 20, 2008 at his residence. Born in Millville, New Jersey and reared in Cheriton, he was the son of the late Warren G. Clark and the late Mary Ackley Clark. Mr. Clark was a retired farm equipment dealer, member of the Cheriton United Methodist Church, 50 year member of the Capeville Masonic Lodge 107 AF&AM, Past Master of Eastville Masonic Lodge 234, served as District Deputy Grand Master for the 13th Masonic District in 1979. Mr. Clark was a 1951 graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute. Other than his wife, Mr. Clark is survived by two children, Mary Clark "Jan" Brittingham and her husband Donnie of Eastville, Va and Warren Ralph Clark, Jr."Jay" of Atlanta, Ga., two grandchildren, Laurie A. Wayman of Belle Haven and Katie Erin Lewis of Cheriton, Va, and four great grandchildren, Christopher, Chayce, Quincy and Bradyn. To honor the request of Mr. Clark, there will be no service.
