Virginia Lee Voyles

Virginia Lee Voyles, 78, wife of the late Charles P. Voyles and a resident of Willards, MD, formerly of Exmore,VA, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD. A native of Exmore, she was the daughter of the late Harry Jones and the late Sadie Gibson Jones. Mrs. Voyles was a member of the First Baptist Church of Delmar. Survivors include three children, Margaret V. Strait and her husband Donnie of Schenectady, NY, Mary Ann V. Furches and her husband Bryan of Willards, MD, and Charles Kenneth Voyles and his wife Esther of Conroe, TX; a sister, Mary Melvin of Chesapeake, VA; six grandchildren, and seven great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with Pastor Jonathan Carpenter, Pastor Mike Muender, and Mr. Kemmie Dize officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Haven Cemetery. Family will join friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
