Virginia Lewis Caperino

Mrs. Virginia Lewis Caperino, 83, wife of the late Patrick Caperino and a resident of Cheriton, formerly of Weehawken, N.J., passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at Heritage Hall Health Care in Nassawadox. A native of Cape Charles, she was the daughter of the late Horace Lewis and the late Lila Marshall Lewis. She retired from the Senior Citizens Care Center and was a member of Full Gospel Church. She is survived by four brothers, Jack Lewis and his wife Debbie of Cape Charles, Va., Preston Lewis of Cheriton, Va., Marion Lewis of Machipongo, Va.,and Jerry Lewis and his wife Denise of Cedar Grove, Va.; a nephew, Rev. Randy E. Lewis and his wife Sandra of Cheriton. Mrs.Caperino was predeceased by three brothers, William H. Lewis, Bobby Lewis, and Horace Lee Lewis Jr., and a sister Mooney Runnells. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, August 11th at 2:00 PM from the graveside of Cape Charles Cemetery with Mr. Pete Hinman officiating.
