Mr. Vance Wilson Phillips, Jr., 63, of Virginia Beach, Va., passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2008. He was self employed. Mr. Phillips is survived by his parents, Vance Wilson Phillips, Sr. and Gertrude Phillips of Scottsdale, Az.; two children, Cheryl L. Dye and her husband Patrick of Lake Ridge, Va., Vance Phillips of Virginia Beach, Va.; a sister, Cindy Phillips of Seattle, Wa.; two grandchildren, Mark and Sara Dye. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 16, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. from the Occoquan Bible Church, 3700 Old Bridge Rd., Woodbridge, Va. 22192.
