Vada Lou Norman, 82, a resident of Nassawadox, VA passed away Friday, January 28, 2011 at Heritage Hall Health Care. A native of Woodlawn, VA, she was the daughter of the late Otey L. and Rhonda Jane Smith. Survivors include one sister, Artie Wessells of Bloxom, VA, and several nieces and nephews. A private service was held Monday, January 31, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the graveside of the Parksley Cemetery.
