Tilly James Turner

Tilly James Turner, age 98, died February 24, 2013 at her home in Exmore. A lifetime resident of the Eastern Shore, Tilly James was born at Waddy Farm in Eastville. She was predeceased by her husband of 52 years, James Ashby Turner and her beloved sister, Margaret Watson. She is survived by her children, Margaret Ann (Ronald) Rust, James Ashby (Patsy) Turner, Jr. and her grandchildren, Ashley Rust and James Ashby Turner, III. Tilly was an avid bridge player and flower arranger, and a devoted member of Belle Haven United Methodist Church. The graveside service will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in Belle Haven Cemetery.
