Susan Rawls Small

Susan Rawls Small, 72, of Newport News, went to be with the Lord October 18, 2013 at Shore Lifecare in Parksley, VA. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Cora B. and Paul V. Rawls; brother, James Rawls, and sisters, Joyce Neal, Gwen Goard and Sheila Wyatt. She is survived by her brother, Paul W. Rawls; her daughters, Roxanne Febuary and Amy Small; her granddaughter, Chelsea Countiss; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in Oak City, NC at a future date.
