Steve Allen Wyatt

Steve Allen Wyatt, 55, husband of Denise Wyatt and a resident of Painter, VA, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Wyatt was born in Wilkes County to the late Wint McKinley Wyatt, Sr. and Mollie Leona Royal Wyatt on May 26, 1960. Steve loved to watch old westerns, and also really enjoyed sitting and watching boats go by on the Chesapeake Bay. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family. Mr. Wyatt was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by a daughter, Molly Wyatt Messer and her husband, Gary, of Painter; three sisters, Nell Royal of McGrady, Ettie Harris and JoAnn Wyatt, both of Hays and brother, Rex Wyatt and his wife, Joann, of Millers Creek. In addition to his parents, Mr. Wyatt was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Wyatt and three brothers, Larry, W.M. and Clint Wyatt.
A graveside service will be 1:00 PM Friday, December 18, 2015 at Royal Family Cemetery. Speaker will be Loretta Jeffries. The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Adams Funeral Home of Wilkes Chapel, 2109 Moravian Falls Road, Moravian Falls, NC 28654. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the DAV Chapter, PO Box 14301, Cincinatti, OH 45250-0301.
