Stanley Michael Kisielewicz, 92, husband of the late Frances Markiewicz Kisielewicz and a resident of Cape Charles, Virginia, formerly of New York, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Hertiage Hall Healthcare in Nassawadox, VA. A native of Poland, he was the son of the late Tomasz and Maria Kisielewicz. He retired from the Phelps Dodge Refining Corporation in Maspeth, New York. He was a member of Holy Cross Church and a member of the Poland Legion in Maspeth, New York. He is survived by six children, Eve Meditz Mlodynia and her husband Michael of Machipongo, Va., Adam Kisielewicz and his wife Stella of Maspeth, N.Y., Mary Dimou and her husband Michael of Deltona, Fl., Irene Glickman and her husband Richard of West Palm, Fl., Mark Kisielewicz and his wife Irene of Long Island, N.Y., Diana Said and her husband Emanuel of Cape Charles, Va., a son-in-law, Ed Loysch of Corning, N.Y., 12 grandchildren, Ed, Jr. and Stanley Loysch, Freddie and Michael Meditz, Angelo Kisielewicz, Francesca and Maria Dimou, Steven and Paul Glickman, Eric and Ashley Kisielewicz, Angelo, Olivia, and Emanuel Said, Jr. and 6 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Jane Mary Loysch. A Christian wake service will be held Sunday April 29, 2012 at 4:00 PM in St. Charles Catholic Church with Father J. Michael Breslin officiating. Family will join friends at the Megiel Funeral Home, Maspeth, NY Tuesday, May 1, 2012 from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 9:45 a.m. at the Holy Cross Church, Maspeth, New York. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery in Woodside, N.Y.
