Sarah Joe Tykot

Sarah Joe Sayers Tykot, 66, of Craddockville, passed away Friday, April 13, 2007 at her residence. A native of Tazewell, Va, she was the daughter of the late Charlie F. Sayers and the late Maggie Hager Sayers. Mrs. Tykot was a retired certified nursing assistant and member of the Order of Eastern Star. Survivors include two sons, Joseph L. Tykot, III and his wife, Kimberly, of Craddockville, and Brian Joseph Tykot of New Jersey, two brothers, Thomas and Donald; four sisters, Judy, Nancy, Pamela and Chrissy; five grandchildren, and one great grandchild. A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the Doughty Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack D. Pruitt officiating.
