Sarah Lucette Metcalf

Sarah Lucette Metcalf, 92, wife of the late John Turner Metcalf and the late Hubert Franklin Wyatt and a resident of Wachapreague, VA passed away Monday, December 14, 2015 at her residence. A native of Long Island, NY, she was the daughter of the late Julius Roth and the late Julia Davis Roth. She was a member of Westhampton United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two children, Sally Tuttle and her husband, Joseph, of Wachapreague, Charles Hubert Wyatt of Shelter Island, NY; a sister, Joyce Ferguson of Blue Hills, ME; eight grandchildren, Benjamin Wyatt, Wendy Franconis, Susie Marshall, Rodney Tuttle, Carter Tuttle, Carey Winter, Skipper Beal, Lori Ann Beal; six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Charlie Roth and three sisters, Irma Vonbergen, Anna Havens and Dorothy King.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, December 20, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Westhampton United Methodist Church, 116 Montauk Hwy, Westhampton, NY with Reverend Jack King officiating. Interment will follow in Westhampton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Westhampton United Methodist Church, 116 Montauk Hwy, Westhampton, NY 11977.
