Sally Frances Bailey

Sally Frances Bailey, 75, wife of the late Willie James Bailey and a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Friday, August 19, 2016 at her residence. A native of Machipongo, VA, she was the daughter of the late Albert James Brittingham, Sr. and the late Sally Webb Brittingham. She was a member of Johnson's United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a sister, Patsy Lilliston and her husband, Cleve, of Exmore and two brothers, Billy Brittingham and his wife, Tina, of Exmore and Bobby Brittingham of Birdsnest, VA. She was predeceased by a brother, Albert James Brittingham, Jr.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Johnson's United Methodist Church with Reverend Clarence Bowen officiating. Interment will follow in Johnson's United Methodist Church Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Johnson's United Methodist Church, c/o Marge Kacik, 11175 Bayside Road, Machipongo, VA 23405.
