Rudolph Romaine Powell

Rudolph Romaine Powell the proprietor of Powell's Bait in Quinby, Virginia for over 20 years died Sunday, December 30, 2007 from complications as the result of a stroke he suffered earlier in the week. Mr. Powell is survived by his wife Phyllis, daughter, Robbin and sons Mike, Patrick, and Dennis. Mr. Powell was a well known and respected native Eastern Shoreman who cherished the Eastern Shore way of life and his friends and family. He will be missed by many. To honor Mr. Powell's wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory, may be made to Smith's Chapel United Methodist Church, c/o Anna Warren, P.O.
