Ruby Setaro

Ruby Dise Setaro, 64, wife of the late Peter Joseph Setaro and a resident of Onley, VA, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at her residence. A native of Piggin, VA, she was the daughter of the late John W. Voyles and the late Ruby Fluhart Voyles Mears. She is survived by a daughter, Ester Nicholson and her husband, Henry, of Parksley, VA; a goddaughter, Lois Burton and her husband, Joe, of Hebron, MD; four sisters, Shirley Anderson and her husband, Wayne, of Melfa, VA, Irene Padilla and her husband, Felix, of Parksley, Ethel Schuster of Melfa, Hazel Smack of Parksley; a brother, John Voyles, Jr. of Parksley; four grandchildren, Allison Knight, Michael Ryan Williams, Chelsea Nicholson, Sara Nicholson; one great grandson, Zachary Knight; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, October 5, 2014 at 4:00 PM at Doughty Funeral Home with Reverend Elizabeth Freund officiating. Interment will be private. Family will join friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
