Rolf Berg Hansen

Mr. Rolf Berg Hansen, 75, of Onancock, passed away suddenly Saturday, August 9, 2008 in Virginia Beach. A native of Sandefjord, Norway, he was the son of the late Paul and Ragnhild Berg Hansen. Mr. Hansen was a retired master electrician with N.O.A.A. for 30 years. He was an avid fisherman and a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife Nancy Hansen, three daughters, Christy H. Breuker and her husband Greg of Onancock, Lisa Berg Hanscom and her husband Bradford of Melfa, and Nora Cavaliero of Virginia Beach, two sisters, Estrid Harrell of Myersville, MD and Ingrid Daniel of Norcross, GA, five grandchildren, Heather Crutchley, Aaron Turner, Brittany Cavaliero, Hannah Hanscom and Logan Cavaliero. A celebration of life service will be held Friday, August 15, 2008 at 6:00 PM from the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with Mr. Jack Chandler officiating.
