Rodney Guerrero

Rodney Brady Guerrero, 47, husband of Carol Guerrero and a resident of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach. A native of Nassawadox, VA, he was the son of Delorris Martinez of Exmore, VA, and the late Oscar Gonzalez Guerrero. Rodney was a waterman.

He is survived by four children, Stephanie Smith of North Carolina, Brittney Smith, Dean Flowers and Josh Flowers, all of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Penny Bell of Exmore, Jessica Guerrero of Painter, VA, and Balinda Guerrero of Texas; two brothers, Oscar Guerrero, Jr. and Martin Guerrero, both of Texas; 10 grandchildren; two nieces, Sierra Bell and Savanna Garcia; two nephews, Craig Meilhammer and Carson Guerrero; and many more.  Rodney was predeceased by two brothers, Baldemar “Bobby” Guerrero and Porfirio “Pilo” Guerrero.

A graveside service will be conducted, Friday, October 22, 2021, at 2:00PM at Capeville Masonic Cemetery with Pastor Jonathan Carpenter officiating. Flowers will be accepted.
