Robert Wayne Northam, Sr.

December 13, 1954 — May 16, 2020

Robert Wayne Northam, Sr., 65, husband of the late Norma Lee Northam and a resident of Hampton, VA, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020, at his home. A native of Newport News, VA, he was the son of the late James Henry Northam and the late Margaret Raynor Northam. Robert was a retired contractor.

He is survived by his three sons, Robert Wayne Northam, Jr. and his wife, Christina, of Havelock, NC, Donald J. Northam of Richmond, VA and Charles E. Brooks of Gloucester, VA; one brother, William Northam and his wife, Pauletta, of Seymour, IN; four grandchildren, Scott, Devan, Silvia and Makenzie; and one nephew, Timothy Northam of Seymour.

A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Belle Haven Cemetery with Reverend Jack Pruitt officiating. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
