Robert H. Ludwig, Sr.

Mr. Robert Henry Ludwig, Sr., better known as Bob, 70, husband of Judith A. Sasse Ludwig and a resident of Harborton, formerly of Philadelphia, Pa., passed away Saturday, January, 27, 2007 at his residence. A native of Philadelphia, Pa., he was the son of the late Henry William Ludwig and the late Marie Amelia Bell Ludwig. He was a retired Battalion Chief for the Philadelphia Fire Department and a retired Fire Marshal in Bensalem, Pa. Other than his wife, he is survived by five children, Kathy Ludwig of Cherry Hill, N.J., Robert H. Ludwig, Jr. of Philadelphia, Pa., Tricia McCleary of Mt. Laurel, N.J., Sally Sandone of Oaklyn, N.J., and William Ludwig of Westmont, N.J.; a brother, John J. Ludwig of Ocean Pines, Md.; 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 29th at 3:30 PM from the Doughty Funeral Home with the Rev. Rita Kanten officiating. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service.
