Robert Vincent Franco

Robert Vincent Franco, 58, a resident of Cape Charles, VA, passed away Monday, May 16, 2011 at his residence. A native of Westport, CT, he was the son of Vincent N. Franco of Southport, CT and the late Mary Coulter Franco. He was a waterman. In addition to his father, he is survived by two sisters, Jeanmarie Klitzner and her companion, Robert Pyne of Vienna, VA, and Elaine Williamson and her husband Dan of Westport, CT; and a niece, Sydney Klitzner of Austin, TX. Family will join friends for a service of remembrance held Saturday, May 21, 2011 from 11:00 AM - 2:00PM at 19487 Robins Road, Cape Charles, VA. Memorials may be made to the S.P.C.A.
