Phyllis Dix Lewis

Phyllis Dix Lewis, 74, wife of the late Page Albert Lewis and a resident of Cheriton, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2010 at her home surrounded by her loving family. A native of New Church, VA, she was the daughter of the late George Lee Dix and the late Willie Lee Truitt Dix. Mrs. Lewis was a member of the Cheriton United Methodist Church. Survivors include four daughters, Susan Lee Moore of Cheriton, VA, Barbara M. Belote and her husband David of Frederick, MD, Janet Lewis Brady and her husband Doug of Seaview, Va, and Norma Jean L. Greene and her husband Jerry of Corapeake, NC; five grandchildren, Cory Belote, Linda Belote Earp, Zack Brady, Emily and Erin Greene; and one great granddaughter, Natalie Earp. She was predeceased by her first husband Curtis Lee Moore. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 2:00 PM in Cheriton United Methodist Church with the Rev.
