Pamela Byrd

Pamela Elizabeth Harris Byrd, 72, wife of Keith D. Byrd and a resident of Belle Haven, VA, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018, at her residence. A native of Winston-Salem, NC, she was the daughter of the late James Wilson Harris and the late Myrtle Nichols Harris. She was a retired Administrative Assistance for AGCO Tractor.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by three children, Sydney W. Mapp of Aberdeen, MD, James W. Mapp of Belle Haven, and Paula Mapp Grzymala and husband, Marc, of Sugar Hill, GA; four stepchildren, Amanda Posey, Gregory Williams, JoAnn Byrd, and Thomas Byrd; two brothers, Eric Harris of Dallas, TX, and Jeff Harris of Atlanta, GA; six grandchildren, Sherry Lee Schwartz, Sydney Mapp, Stephanie Mapp, Andrew Garrett, Jay Mapp, and Logan Grzymala; five step grandchildren, Brendan Colon, Zachary Colon, Wesley Posey, Allie Byrd, and Mia Byrd; and four great grandchildren.

A family service will be held at a later date.
