Oliver Eugene McNeal, Jr.

Oliver Eugene McNeal, Jr., 62, a resident of Cape Charles, VA, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2011 at his residence. A native of Waverly, NY, he was the son of the late Oliver Eugene McNeal, Sr. and the late Loesa Frances Ryan McNeal. He was a self employed contractor and a Vietnam veteran serving with the U.S. Army. Mr. McNeal is survived by his two children, Danny McNeal and fiancée Susie of Jamesville, VA and Kimberly McNeal and fiancé Gerald of Hot Springs, VA; six grandchildren, Kristen and Ashley McNeal, Samantha and Paige McNeal, and Brandi and Zachary Price; one sister, Jean Lumley of Florida; and two brothers, Tom McNeal of Cape Charles and James McNeal of Ohio. Mr. McNeal was predeceased by a sister, Joyce Jones and a brother, Stephen McNeal. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at Doughty Funeral Home, 3117 Main St., Exmore, on Thursday, July 21, 2011 from 1-3 pm.
