Norma Powell Ulrich

Norma Powell Ulrich, 83, a resident of Cheriton, VA, passed away Sunday, October 3, 2010 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital. A native of Willis Wharf, VA, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Pearl Archie Powell. Survivors include two daughters, Margaret Ann Ulrich of Cheriton, Norma Jean Lassiter of Eastville, VA; a sister, Kathleen P. Shrieves of Cape Charles, VA; eight grandchildren, Franklin H. Ulrich Jr., Sarah Lynn Leigh, Catherine Lynn Ulrich, Frank Collins, Thomas Collins, Kimberly Ann Collins, Roland S. Kellam II, and Jerry Kellam; and ten great grandchildren. Mrs. Ulrich was predeceased by a son Franklin H. Ulrich Sr., a daughter, Bonnie Sue Collins, a sister, Jeanette P. Clark, and two brothers, Jack and Allen Powell. A memorial service will be held graveside Thursday, October 7, 2010,at 1:00 PM at the Cape Charles Cemetery with the Pastor Lynda Moore officiating.
