Nellie Cappel

Nellie Maria Cappel, 72, beloved wife of Silas R. Cappel and a resident of Davis Wharf, VA, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox, VA. A native of Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Herminio Bonilla and the late Agripina Nazario. She will be remembered for her kindness and caring ways to everyone. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, David Cappel of Rocky Mount, NC, Daniel Cappel of Davis Wharf, Robert Cappel of Davis Wharf and a brother, Joseph Bonilla and his wife, Nilda, of Florida. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Pungoteague Community Church, 15346 Pungoteague Road with Pastor Bobby Carroll Huether officating.
