Muriel Wyatt Hewitt

Muriel Wyatt Hewitt, 84, of Townsend, Virginia, passed away September 1, 2006 at Sumter, South Carolina. A native of Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Wallace E. Wyatt and the late Virginia Smith Wyatt. She retired from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge & Tunnel District. She is survived by two daughters, Muriel H. Vandegrift of Sumter, S.C., Janice W. Johansen and her husband Bjorn of Houston, Tx., and a grandson, Jonathan Vandegrift. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, September 6th at 3:00 pm from the graveside of Capeville Masonic Cemetery with the Rev. Nathan Decker officiating.
