Montez Dean Parker

Mrs. Montez Dean Parker, 79, wife of the late John Wesley Parker, Sr., and a resident of Cantonment, Florida, passed away Monday, October 22, 2007 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox, Virginia. A native of Florida, she was the daughter of the late Claude Dean and the late Velma Fuller Dean. She was a retired Pediatric Nurse and a member of Allen Memorial United Methodist Church in Cantonment, Fla. She is survived by two sons, John Wesley Parker, Jr. and his wife Julie of Cape Charles, Va., David Leslie Parker and his wife Tiffany of McDonough, Ga.; two sisters, Evelyn Pickens, Sally Jerkins; and a brother, Ray Dean; and four grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Saturday,October 27th at 11:00 AM from the Melwood Cemetery in Stone Mountain, GA. Family will recieve friends at the Lowndes & McLane Funeral Home in Tucker, Ga., Friday evening from 6 to 9.
