Michael S. Wentworth

Mr. Michael S. Wentworth, 70, husband of the late Kathleen E. Wentworth and a resident of Onancock, formerly of Painter, passed away Friday, November 28, 2008. A native of Lansdowne, Maryland, he was the son of the late Leroy O. Wentworth and the late Pauline Barrett Wentworth. He was a member of Painter-Garrison's United Methodist Church and was a United States Army Veteran. He is survived by three step children, Margie Reddish and her husband Charles of Baltimore, Md., Philipe Proulx and his wife Carolyn, and Matthew Proulx and his wife Debbie, all of Federalsburg, Md.; a brother, Robert M. Wentworth and his wife Flo of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia; a cousin, Diane Thomas and her husband William of Marion Station, Md.; several step grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Gerald L. Wentworth. A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 7:00 PM from the Painter-Garrison's United Methodist Church with Pastor Tom Durrance officiating.
