Michael Jeffery Stauffer

Mr. Michael Jeffery Stauffer, 51, husband of Ann Phillips Stauffer and a resident of Parksley, died Saturday, December 16, 2006 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox. A native of Belle Haven, he was the son of Lynn E. and Dorothy Boole Stauffer of Franktown. He was a self employed cabinet maker and a member of Rock Church in Onley, Va. He was a Graduate of Cathedral Bible Institute of Myrtle Beach, S.C., ordained through Apostolic Christian Church International and a Professor of Theology.

Other than his wife and parents, he is survived by three children, Christopher Michael Stauffer and his wife Kathy of Keller, Va., Michael Jeffery Stauffer, Jr. of Cashville, Va., Vicky Ann Stauffer of Statesville, N.C.; a sister, Janice S. Recker and her husband Frederick of Franktown, Va.; two brothers, Lynn E. Stauffer, Jr. and his wife Carolyn Bloomer of Sarasota, Fla., William Gary Stauffer of Franktown, Va.; three grandchildren, Abby Stauffer, Allison Stauffer, and Damon McDaniels.

A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, December 23rd at 2:00 PM from the Rock Church in Onley with his son Michael Jeffery Stauffer, Jr. officiating. Contributions in his memory may be made to Hospice of the Eastern Shore, P.O. Box 316, Parksley, Va. 23421.
