Maurice James Goswellen, 72, a resident of Pocomoke City, MD, passed away Monday, January 7, 2013 at his residence. A native of Pocomoke, he was the son of the late Dorsey J. Goswellen and the late Gladys Minnick Nibblett. He was retired from the United States Coast Guard. He is survived by three children, Samuel J. Goswellen and his wife, Terry, of Fredricksburg, VA, Melisa G. Rios and her husband, Tony, of Belle Haven, VA, Beverly G. Cummiskey of Jacksonville, FL; four sisters, Chelsie McCready of Pocomoke City, Frances Payne and her husband, John, of Pocomoke City, Faith Willing and her husband, Woody, of Salisbury, MD, Mary Aldridge of Norfolk, VA; eight grandchildren, Samantha Goswellen, Andrew Goswellen, Jon Killmon, Lindsay H. Korom, Jessica Hundley, Makalie Bedgood, Mandy Bedgood, Kaycie Bedgood; and four great grandchildren, Juliette Hollingsworth, Talan Hundley, Caiden Hundley and Mason Bruno. A graveside service will be held Friday, January 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Belle Haven Cemetery with Pastor Donnie Bailey officiating. Memorials may be made to Coastal Hospice, P.O.
