Mary Elizabeth Tillette

Mary Elizabeth Tillette, 56, wife of John J. Tillette of Cape Charles, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2009 at her residence. A native of Cape Charles, she was the daughter of the late Archie and Margaret Scott. She retired from Savage's Drug Store. Other than her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Karen R. Tincler and her husband Chris of Norfolk, Va.; a brother, Thomas Scott and his wife Lynn of Michigan; a niece, Mary Beth Scott of Oregon; five grandchildren, Christopher Tincler, Tiffany, Steven and Tyler Tillette, Andrea Shedd; and special friends, Alice Riggin, Patty Thornes, Darleen Ballman, Kitty Hickman, and Mary Frances Morgan. She was predeceased by a brother Billy Scott. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the graveside of Cape Charles Cemetery with the Rev. Russell Goodrich officiating.
