Mary Emily Doughty

Mary Emily Roache Doughty, 67, wife of the late Kenneth Earl Doughty, Sr. and a resident of Willis Wharf, passed away Friday, September 28, 2007 at her residence. A native of Pungoteague, she was the daughter of the late William Roach and the late Emily LeCato Roache. Mrs. Doughty was owner of Ches-Atlantic Seafood. Mrs. Doughty is survived by a son, Daniel T. Doughty and his wife, Connie of Willis Wharf, a sister, Jeanne Mehring and her husband, Chappy of Covesville, VA, a brother, C.D. Parks of Parksley, VA, 4 grandchildren, Neonta Doughty of Russellville, Ark., Tiffany Fisher of Willis Wharf, Kyle Doughty of Norfolk, VA and Dawson Doughty of Willis Wharf. Mrs. Doughty was predeceased by a son, Kenneth E. Doughty, Jr. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, October 1, 2007 at 11:00 am from the graveside of Belle Haven Cemetery with Mr. Bobby Parks officiating.
