Mary Ellen Bonniwell

Mary Ellen Daneker Bonniwell, 68, wife of the late Larry Thomas Bonniwell and a resident of Hacksneck, VA, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015. A native of Exmore, VA, she was the daughter of the late Vincent Elsworth Daneker, Sr. and the late Marion Bagwell Doughty. She is survived by a son, Christopher Thomas Bonniwell and his wife, Melinda, of Hacksneck; a brother, Vincent Elsworth Daneker, Jr. and his wife, Karen, of Melfa, VA; an aunt, Kitty Bagwell of North Carolina; and three grandchildren, Thomas James Bonniwell, Danielle Marie Bonniwell and Matthew Alan Layfield. A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Belle Haven Cemetery with Reverend Jonathan Carpenter officiating. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Exmore Baptist Church, 11624 Occohannock Road, Exmore, Virginia 23350.
