Marvin Sidney Bradford, Jr.

Marvin Sidney Bradford Jr., 48, a resident of Willis Wharf, VA, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox, VA. A native of Willis Wharf, he was the son of Marvin S. Bradford Sr. of Willis Wharf and the late Louise Bryan Keaser Bradford. He was a construction worker and a pool tournament player in Parksley. In addition to his father, he is survived by his son, Brian R. Bradford of Exmore, VA; a dear friend and mother of his son, Shirley Taylor of Melfa, VA; and two step-children, Susie and Stephanie Annis of Chincoteague, VA. A graveside service will be held in the Belle Haven Cemetery on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 3:00 PM with Pastor Joe McKnight officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to help with funeral expenses.
