Martha Sue Doughty Taylor, 63, a resident of Marionville, Virginia passed away Friday, February 9, 2007 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late William Frederick Doughty, Sr. and the late Doris Carpenter Doughty. She was retired from the Dollar Tree Store and was a member of Red Bank Baptist Church, a longtime member of the Humane Society of the United States and a supporter of the Eastern Shore S.P.C.A. She is survived by a daughter, Leigh Ripley Campbell of Silver Beach,Va.; a brother, William Frederick Doughty, Jr. of Cheriton, Va.; three nieces, Brenda Marshall of Eastville, Va., Kimberly Long of Smyrna, De., Laurie Ann Doughty of Birdsnest, Va.; and numerous aunts and uncles. She was predeceased by a grandson, Drew Campbell and a son-in-law, Daryl Campbell. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, February 13th at 2:00 PM from the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with the Rev. Dr. William Nieporte and Pastor Jonathan Carpenter officiating. Interment will follow in the Red Bank Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will join friends Monday evening from 7 to 8:30. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Eastern Shore, P.O.
