Marjorie E. Forbes

December 19, 1919 — April 9, 2017

Marjorie E. Forbes, 97, a resident of Nassawadox, VA, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Nassawadox. A native of North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Simeon Lawrence Forbes and the late Bessie Norsworthy Forbes.

She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by four sisters, Mildred F. Bryant, Bessie F. Diggs, Helen F. Osmundson, Doris F. Osmundson and three brothers, Lawrence L. Forbes, Howard R. Forbes and Simeon N. Forbes.

A graveside service will be conducted Monday, April 17, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Belle Haven Cemetery with Reverend Jack D. Pruitt officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heritage Hall Healthcare Activity Fund, P. O. Box 176, Nassawadox, VA 23413.
