Mrs. Marion Gilmore Wilson, wife of the late Henry Palmer Wilson and a resident of Exmore, formerly of Hockessin, Delaware, passed away Monday, July 17, 2006 at her residence. A native of Erie, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Leon W. Gilmore and the late Cora Brainard Gilmore. She was a retired teacher from Sanford Schools in Hockessin and was a graduate of Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, Maryland where she taught private music lessons for many years. She attended Epworth United Methodist Church and was a member of Hockessin Friends Meeting in Hockessin. She is survived by three children, Henry P. Wilson Jr. and his wife Shirley of Belle Haven, Va., Linda C. Wilson of Mondovi, Wisconsin, and Stephen D. Wilson of Exmore, Va.; and two grandchildren, Sara and Brian Wilson of Belle Haven. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 19th at 11:00 a.m. from the Doughty Funeral Home with the Rev. Elizabeth P. Freund and the Rev. Tammy Estep officiating. Interment will be held Thursday, July 20th at 1:00 p.m. at the Hockessin Friends Cemetery in Hockessin, Delaware. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Eastern Shore, P.O.
