Marion Scanlan Freeman

Marion Scanlan Freeman, 76, wife of the late Kenneth G. Freeman and a resident of Harborton, passed away July 4, 2006 at Shore Memorial Hospital. A native of Northampton County, she was the daughter of the late James G. Scanlan, Sr. and the late Stella Harris Scanlan. She is survived by her companion, Roy Bonniwell, two sisters, Anita S. Mason Young of Belle Haven and Betty S. Turlington of Exmore; two brothers, James G. Scanlan, Jr. and his wife Naomi of Exmore and John Franklin Scanlan of Oakland Park; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 7th at 11 AM from the graveside of the Belle Haven Cemetery with the Rev. Charlene Harris officiating.
