Margie Moore

Margie Jane Moore, 80, wife of Chester E. Moore, Jr. and a resident of Cape Charles, VA, passed away Friday, March 28, 2025, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. A native of Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late William C. Cropper and the late Marjorie Kellam Cropper. She was a member of Cheriton Baptist Church and Cheriton Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

In addition to her loving husband of 49 years, she is survived by a son, Tommy Moore; a sister, Elizabeth Moore; two grandchildren, Kaelynn and Ryan and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

To honor her wishes services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Riverside Shore Hospice, P.O. Box 615, Onley, VA 23418.
