Margaret Custis Haynie

Margaret Custis Haynie, 77, wife of Robert W. Haynie and a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2007 at her residence. A native of Craddockville, VA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Lee Custis and the late Helen Killmon Custis. Other than her husband, Mrs. Haynie is survived by a daughter, Terry H. West and her husband, Buddy of Virginia Beach; three sisters, Mary Sturgis of Eastville, VA, Lou Sharp, and Irene Kurfees, both of Orlando, FL; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Thomas Allen Custis and two sisters, Helen Custis and Ruth Riley. Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, April 1st at 2:00 PM from the Belle Haven Cemetery with the Rev. Kenneth Armstrong officiating.
