Mabel L. Rew

Mabel Lee Rew, 70, of Melfa passed away Friday March 31, 2006 at her residence. Ms. Rew, a native of Keller, was the daughter of the late John Rew and the late Ruth Mears Rew. Survivors include four sisters; Naomi Lumpkin and Amy Thayer both of King George, Va., Virginia Wilkins of Keller, Va. and Helen Hart of Exmore, Va., one brother, Jefferson Waller of Laurel, De. Ms. Rew was predeceased by two brothers; William Rew and John Rew, Jr. and a sister, Margaret Rew. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday April 4, 2006 at 2:00 from the Doughty Funeral Home with the Rev. Shane Dickinson officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Holly Cemetery in Onancock.
