Lynwood F. Stevens

Lynwood Franklin Stevens, 90, husband of the late Virginia Wolfe Stevens and a resident of Keller, VA, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Shore Life Care in Parksley, VA. A native of Keller, he was the son of the late John Stevens and Bertha Miller Stevens. He retired from Virginia Ferry Corp. and was a member of Mears Memorial United Methodist Church. Mr. Stevens is survived by two daughters, Frances Lafferty and Lynette Allan, both of Springville, N. Y.; six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Bertha Parks Perez. A graveside service will be conducted at Edgehill Cemetery in Accomac Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Suzanne Schmid officiating.
