Lt. Cdr. N. Lee Trapp, USNR

Lt. Commander N. Lee Trapp, USNR, 78, of Belle Haven, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at his residence. A native of Portales, New Mexico, he was the son of the late Elbert Lee Trapp and the late Phoebe Emmaline Fails Levee. He was a United States Navy Veteran and was Chief Financial Officer for Meatland Stores. He was a member of the Exmore Rotary Club and Legion of the Moose. He is survived by a son, Christopher M. Trapp and his wife Linda of Tracy, California; a grandson, Adam Boyd Phelps of Ocala, Fl.; two step sons, Richard J. Iobst and his wife Cynthia of Craddockville, Va.,and David Iobst and his wife Susan of Williamsburg, Va., a step-daughter, Barbara Gonda and her husband Skip of Australia. He was pre-deceased by a daughter, Rory Trapp Phelps Gorman and a stepson, Robert Bruce Iobst. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, February 5th at 1:00 PM from the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with the Rev. Alan Hooker officiating.
