Louzetta Kilmon Kellam, 80, wife of Edward O. Kellam and a resident of Belle Haven, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox, Virginia. A native of Willis Wharf, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Lewis Kilmon and Bessie Trader Kilmon and step-daughter of the late Viola Kilmon Kelley. She was a retired X-Ray Technician for Shore Memorial Hospital and a volunteer for the Ladies Auxillary. She was a member of Belle Haven United Methodist Church. Mrs. Kellam was a homemaker and a loving Nanny to everyone. Other than her husband, she is survived by three children, Pat K. Boyer and her husband Dr. Stephen Boyer of Franktown, Va., Tom Kellam and his wife Vee of Exmore, Va., Eddie O. Kellam, Jr. and his wife Patricia of Chesterfield, Va.; a sister, Ruth Mae Charnock and her husband Bill of Virginia Beach, Va.; nine grandchildren, Laura Altenhofen of Portland, Or., Tenneil Peckens of Virginia Beach, Stacy Kellam Maurice of Belle Haven, Scott Kellam of Powhatan, Va., Greg Kellam of Chesterfield, Va., Todd Kellam of Virginia Beach, Matthew Boyer of Virginia Beach, Phil Boyer of Hampton, Va., Peter Boyer of Silver Spring, Md.; eight great grandchildren, Kaylyn Louzetta, Nicholas, Max, Alex, Addison, Lewis, Ethan, Josh. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. from the Belle Haven United Methodist Church with Pastor Judy Worthington officiating. Interment followed in the Belle Haven Cemetery.
