Lorraine Best Guy

Lorraine Best Guy, 77, wife of the late Ernest Ward Guy and a resident of Craddockville, VA, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Nassawadox, VA. A native of St. John's, Newfoundland, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin J. Best and the late Mary Martin Best. She was a member of Hollies Baptist Church. She is survived by a son, Dennis Ward Guy of Craddockville; a granddaughter, Danielle Belote Parks of Pocomoke, MD; two sisters, Anita and Helen, both of Canada; and four great grandchildren, Cora, Christopher, Caitlin and Chelsea. She was predeceased by her daughter, Catherine Guy Belote. A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Onancock Cemetery with Reverend Joe McKnight officiating.
