Loesa Frances McNeal

Loesa Frances Ryan McNeal, 85, wife of the late Oliver Eugene McNeal and a resident of Eastville, passed away Wednesday April 4, 2007 at Shore Memorial Hospital. A native of Binghamton, New York, she was the daughter of the late William Ryan and the late Helen Young Ryan. Mrs. McNeal is survived by 5 children, Loesa Jean Lumley of Merritt Island, Fla., Amber McNeal of Smith Beach, Mickey McNeal, Tom McNeal and J.C. McNeal all of Eastville, 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Mrs. McNeal was predeceased by a daughter, Joyce Marie Jones and a son, Stephen C. McNeal. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, April 9th at 3:00 PM from the Doughty Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack D. Pruitt officiating. A viewing will be one hour prior to the service.
