Lisa Smith Sexauer

Lisa Smith Sexauer, 50, of Cedarview, VA, passed away Monday, June 3, 2013, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox, VA. A native of Exmore, VA, she was the daughter of the late Preston B. Smith and the late Addie Walters Smith. She was a bank teller at SunTrust Bank, a member of Exmore Baptist Church, and active with the Relay for Life Team Hook'n 4 Hope. She is survived by four children, W. Sean Lieske and his wife, Keri, of Columbia, MO, Aarika L. Turner and her husband, Jonathan, of Melfa, VA, Matthew F. Sexauer of Texas, and Samantha J. Sexauer of Belle Haven, VA; a sister, Kathy S. Mason and her husband, Allan, of Onancock, VA; three grandchildren, Noah P. Steele of Melfa, W. Myles Lieske, and Dane R. Lieske, both of Columbia. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Joyce Cherrix, and a stepmother, Phyllis Smith. A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 8, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Belle Haven Cemetery with Rev. Jonathan Carpenter and Pastor Chuck Parks officiating. Family will join friends at Doughty Funeral Home Friday evening from 7:00 to 8:00. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be sent to Hook'n 4 Hope Relay for Life Team, c/o Evelyn Pruitt, P. O.
